I saw this about a year ago in this sub and love it. Y drilled the steel frame and put internal cable routing. I'm planning on doing the same on the fork putting a TT v brake behind the fork.

Unnecessary, I ride my fixed just like a road bike, and the front brake is plenty paired with fixed gear
