Ortleb has a 5 year warranty on their bags – so just take it to an Ortleb dealer and they’ll take care of you.

This happened on my tent while on a bike trip. I am laying there one morning ruminating about the tent door not staying zipped and remembered the small needle-nose pliers in my tools. I did as in the video – *very* gently squeeze the sides of the slider, then try to zip. It works!
