Have you tried MEC?
Try wheels mfg. They’ve got a huge selection.
483, 635, 636 look close after a quick cursory search but they’re not listed as the hanger for the cote. I also didn’t see anything on the MEC website.

Probably not cost effective at all but maybe slightly cheaper than a new bike, if the hanger isn’t bent (or you get it straightened) you could try and send it to a machine shop and see if they can remake it?
