How high on the steerer can I clamp this tall stack stem? I’ve only ever used stems with two bolts that clamp on the steerer. Does the steerer tube have to go all the way to the top of the stem? by Which_Bar_9457 Bicycling Bike Bike Repair Biking Cycling Repair
