They were a pain to put on so any help is appreciated!! Holds air great so I think the tube is seated correctly

Looks to be not seated properly. Air down and lubricate the beads and then try again. Inflate until you hear the bead snap into place.
Not seated. I’ve had this issue with these tires. (Corsa Control right?)
Deflate, put some soapy water or isopropyl alcohol on the rim bed. Then try to inflate again. You can put pressure on the side of the tire to help seat it. Or ride it a little. The forces should help seat it.
