This first vehicle, the Maxus, is currently SORN and has had no MOT. The first MOT was due in June 2024, so it was already dodgy in this video in October 2024. I can't help thinking it's a cloned plate. It did have VED at the time I videoed it.

I worked in local government in London for 5 years on traffic issues.
If ever any job I was doing involved me parking where any form of restriction prohibited it, I had to get an exemption certificate and affix it to my windscreen otherwise I would get a fine. They were strict in issuing these exemption certificates but the system worked.
I used to work as a HGV driver delivering to cafe's and fish and chip shops. I was always instructed to park outside the front of the shop and as I am trained many times I refused because it was not lawful, 5 mins loading or unloading is fine but often I was there for 30 mins +. I ended up with a bad relationship with the boss and the other workers because I wouldn't "Do what I was told". If the driver gets punished, the boss should be punished too.
