Alison Salthouse was nominated in 2018 for Cycling UK’s “100 women in cycling” award. She only started cycling in her 50s but now in 2019 is trying to get on the podium at the track world championships.

Just an update – last week I won a Silver Medal at the UK Track Masters Nationals in Newport – my very first podium in my 60th year!
I love your video. I'm 70 and I just started training for the worlds at Carson Velodrome, California. All those years I trained on a road bike and then… now … I find the cycling I should have done all along. Thank you for the post. inspirational.
