Do not disassemble. You need the side pull brake tool and follow [these instructions](https://www.parktool.com/en-us/blog/repair-help/sidepull-brake-service)

You can also get away with a spinner wrench in some cases. Not all center mount side pull brakes have the same tool interface, but 14mm is more common. You can also get a brake tool that has a 10, 11, 12, 13mm set if it is not a 14mm

Try a wrench on the nut on the back of the brake and fork. I’ve been able to coax brakes back into alignment by gently turning the nut the direction it should go to balance the brakes. If you can, a wrench on the front nut can also help the process. Most cases, it’s a 10mm wrench.

  3. Does it have a nut on the backside of the fork where the bolt comes through? Usually you can rotate the whole brake assembly by turning that nut to center these, turning to the left in your case to love the right caliper to the right. The calipers aren’t too tight since the ones that’s not pinned against the rim moves freely.

You don’t need special tools. There is a nut on the back side. 10mm., or 12 mm usually. Loosen the back bolt, rotate the brake the direction you want it so pad on the right (the way you are looking at it in the video) touches the wheel, then tighten the bolt on the back side of the frame. Try the brakes again. If not completely fixed, you have 2 more simple options. First is to drop the wheel down enough so you can loosen the bolt again, rotate even further, then tighten back up till you finally get it perfect. Re install the wheel to check. Or, with the wheel in, loosen the bolt like above, push the right pad to the rim, re tighten the bolt. Because this did not work properly above, you can use a screwdriver and pop out the spring on the back side of the brake, on that left side. Flex it toward the sky, and pop it back in place. Repeat till you get the brake strait.
