Loosening the black knob should enable rotating the arm of the stand , so it spins ideally 360degrees and can clamp at different angles
As shown in the video it appears to not move . Any tips for how to get it unstuck or to move more freely ?

I don’t know how to unlock it, but i have a tip for you if you manage to get it free: put a little grease on the arm to prevent it getting stuck again.
It’s a tapered joint to keep it from drooping so it needs to be backed out quite a bit and a bump to break it loose. Had the same stand…
if its stuck on the taper give it a little wack with a mallet here to help unseat it (after loosening the knob first, of course). i have the same one.

I have a different work stand, but when it gets stuck, I just clamp the bike back in and use that to break it loose. If it’s at a weird angle, I’ll use an unused seatpost instead.
