I removed the bolts. It looks like I should be able to hammer it off. Took a piece of wood from the opposite side amd started tapping but no movement seen
FYI, like many bike parts there will be a part number stamped on these (it’s just the other side of where the pedal screws into the crank arm. Put that into si.shimano.com and you’ll get all the info you need.

You need a special tool.
You need a crank-puller. Specifically, you need a crank puller that is shimano octa-link compatible. For example this one:
