They are not designed to be serviceable. You would replace the whole freehub body.
Flip it over, the pawls are on the backside of the freehub body
Are the pawls not exposed on the other end of the freehub?
Is this off a bontrager paradigm wheel set? Those freehub blow all the time and are not serviceable. 57$cad to replace.
