I'm looking for a decent vintage mountain bike to build into a commuter/ occasional tourer/ basic all rounder. Have found this old Claud Butler for sale for £20 but can't make out the model from the decals. Anyone have an idea as to what it is? And if so, is it any good for the price?

It’s got tange tubing – frame is worth £20 all day
It’s a good looking bike that will clean up well as long as there are no cracks, the rear derailleur alone is worth €20
1/18th inch headset, id say 1996-98 – worth £20 and then some
