Hi,
I have the issue that my left GRX crank keeps on falling off, see pictures.
Today my bike got a new crankarm as well as a new pre tensioning plastic screw. I double checked the torque on the screws as well.
Does it look like it is mounted correctly? The little plastic piece on the top seems kind of loose…
How can I prevent the crank falling off my bike while going down a gravel hill? Retighten after 100km?
Anyboby know the issue?

It isn’t on far enough, so either you’ve got an extra spacer in the mix somewhere or need to give the drive side crank arm a good smack to get it all the way through.
The plastic part should clip in and be flat once the left crank is sufficiently on the axle and preloaded.
You may have also damaged the splines on the axle from the previous mishaps. I have even seen it deformed from someone over-tightening the bolts.

if you have a torque wrench, why did you bring the bike to the bakeshop?
that is not normal, if the spindle length is correct, 14 Nm should hold everything just fine, without any retaing compounds
also, the job on your pics is very messy
If the bb shell is 68mm, that should fit properly. If it is 73mm, it cannot.
