I know it seems stupid but can I put an external seat clamp with quick release over the integrated one on the frame? I tried to search on the net and ask gpt chat and it said it works but I'm still not sure. I have never had an external seat clamp before.

You can cut the integrated one off, a bit pointless unless there’s something wrong with it but I’ve done it about 4 times just because I like the look of different coloured clamps
You could grind it off with a angle grinder
If you’re just after the quick release function you can take the existing bolt out of the frame and replace it with the lever/washer bit from a qr seat clamp.
You can cut off the welded on clamp then use a file to clean it up.either grab a kink seatclamp or a s&m clamp ;
