I was cleaning my bike yesterday and noticed this what looks to be frame crack, it's not smooth when you run your finger over it so definitely a crack of some sort. Just wondering if anyone can tell if it's a crack in the frame?
Crack is on the underside of the top tube nearing the head tube.
Bike is carbon fibre.

Very blurry but doesn’t look great. Try the coin trick tap solid carbon then tap that spot, if it sounds soft/ hollow it’s broken.
A shop will be able to tell better though. Besides that cable end that’s not a terrible place to repair, but will cost some
