I bought this Felt B2 bike used off of FB marketplace. It came with Boyd 80mm wheels and some Dura-ace di2 shifters. I went on my first ride today with it and 20 miles in while in the aero position, the handle bars completely came apart from the fork. I went to my local shop and they contacted the Felt rep to see if they still have these forks available since it requires a complete replacement apparently.
I was told that those bolt inserts are originally epoxied in by Felt. Is there any way to fix this? Or am I just down on my luck.

More epoxy?
Not 100% familiar with this but even with the bolts epoxied back in, it looks like the fork steerer is slightly too short to allow for support of the bars where the pinch bolt is. This may be the design so I can be wrong but usually you want a bit more fork steerer there to clamp on to.
