I’m looking for a lightweight, packable, breathable jacket for rain that isn’t outlandishly expensive. In a true downpour, I don’t really think that any jacket keeps you dry, so I’m not looking for that. I just want something that will work well in a shower while also not getting all clammy on the inside. It looks like this is more windbreaker than rain jacket, but it will fit in a cycling pocket and looks like it could do enough to get the job done.

It’s a wind jacket. It doesn’t really old up in any amount of precipitation
