Brand new Bont MTB shoes. They came with shims but I can’t find any info on installation or need. They match the tread size but no mechanism to put under installed treads.
Also, inner arch is stiff and tall. Any thoughts on heating up the arch area and forming around my foot?
Toe space is awesome and why I bought them.

Have the same but also have an super high arch so never bothered me. You can mold the material between the carbon and the insole. Didnt try it apparently it deforms a few mm just look it up on their side and make sure to cover the boas
