I could buy a new derailer. Is the frame a good frame and is the suspension okay I want to try some heavy stuff on this bike I have ridden abit not anything crazy just blues becuase my current bike is too large for me.

I wouldn’t touch it.
Given the state of the chain and derailleur I can guarantee that the bearing will be trashed and the suspension has never been serviced.
