Be careful not to damage the screw thread; if you don’t have the correct screw for the rear derailleur, find one with the same thread and use a washer to secure it to the derailleur hanger.
Most likely the specific bolt you need is a Shimano Y5PJ98020, but it’s hard to be positive without knowing the exact model of rear derailleur.
