It’s Osprey…their stuff is pretty well made, I’ve had a few of their backpacks through the years. ‘Cheaply made’ they are not.

I have their Escapist Wedge bag and can say it is excellent quality, and seemingly far better constructed with better materials than Rockbros (which a friend has; never seen the Rhinowalk).
