Bought a used 2016 Quintanaroo PR5 about a month back, rides great, feels good, and after going to clean it today I noticed this at the interior of the left seat stay. Cant tell if it is just a scratch or a crack. Quarter test sounded normal (i believe) but am freaking out a bit. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

What does the outer looks like? It looks cosmetic to me like the paint is chipped. I would personally ask a carbon repair professional to look at it. He will sand off the paint and look if the carbon underneath is compromised.
Rear triangles are usually quite strong, but you definitely don’t want it to break off when you’re riding it at 30mph.

Ultimately we’re all guessing here. Take it to a shop and get a professional opinion. It’ll take a mechanic 5 seconds looking at this in person.
Worst case, it’s a very repairable location.
