Has anyone heard of or ridden a Celo Europa? I know they were contracted by Colnago but not sure how that relationship boiled down.
Should I be worried about the integrated Derailleur Hanger? Will it break even though its Ti? Is it possible to fix in the case that it did?
Did I overpay at $500?

Never heard of the company, but a TI frame with what looks like competent welding and a carbon fork for $500 is probably pretty good value.
And yes, you should be worried about any IDH. It could still bend or break even if it’s titanium, though it’ll be quite strong, and luckily if it does, Ti can be welded (though it’s somewhat technical to do so). But it’s more fixable than aluminum in some respects.
That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t build it, just, you know, don’t lean it on things.

Anything can break. But it is extremely unlikely it’d break off completely in a crash. Yes, repairable if it does break.
Since you already got it, I’m going to say it’s pretty rare to have a derailleur hanger issue—you’ll be fine.
Not contracted by Colnago.
That was an in house brand used by Marcel Calborn who had an import and distribution contract with Colnago so it is easy to see why some people say there is a connection. If memory serves me well Marcel did on occasion buy in some frame components ( mainly bottom bracket shells ) from Colnago and have them assembled into frames elsewhere. When I last checked Calborn still had a shop in Laguna Hills so if it is still there it might be worth contacting him for more info.
Again from memory the bikes I remember were tilted strongly towards criterium riding rather than open road but I don’t remember ever hearing anything bad being said about them.
As far as the hanger being part of the frame it’s only reasonably recently that replaceable hangers are the norm so don’t worry too much.
I’d say that was a good deal.
Integrated hangers are not a problem on steel bikes. I’ve no first hand experience with them on ti bikes. I guess they could go brittle if bent and aligned too much.
