  1. Kettle Valley trail in BC (particularly the section near Kelowna to Penticton)

Also the Galloping trail on Vancouver Island.

  2. A local trail to me is the Silver Comet. It stretches 61 miles west from Atlanta, GA, USA, to Alabama. It was built on an old passenger rail line and is one of my personal favorites!

  3. There’s plenty of good ones in south wales, it’s tough to cycle around the valleys but old rail alignments have much gentler slopes which makes them perfect for cycling.
My personal favourite is the Bristol to Bath cycle path, since it goes most of the way to the city centre both ways, and you also get Staple hill tunnel on the way which quite impressive

  4. Waterford Greenway in Ireland features a tunnel and viaduct ((Ballyvoile viaduct- previously blown up during the civil war)
