At a loss with this thing, just bought this bike (it was quite cheap) and I wanted to give it a refresh but I can’t get the thru bolt out to save my life, it’s a 2011 specialized enduro if that helps.
I’ve tried penetrating oil and heat and that hasn’t helped much

That’s supposed to have a QR handle attached to the axle. The cutout on the right side is so you can use the handle to unscrew it.
