Been trying to diagnose the clicking sound you can hear in the video for months. Have tried almost everything I can possibly think of. The sound is triggered out of the saddle under load – its quite noisy on climbs and in the big ring out of the saddle when indoors. Finally at the point where I think its internal hoses or its time for me to replace the frame for something else. Would love this forums thoughts on potential causes of the noise.
For context I have: replaced bottom bracket, replaced rear derailleur hanger, tried different pedals, different shoes, replaced cleats on all shoes, new chain, removed front derailleur, taken the seat post out, tried different wheel sets, torqued everything to spec, taken everything apart and cleaned/regreased, tried different crankarms and chainrings. Im sure there are others Im forgetting but these are the major things i have tried

If you have done all of those things and its still making that sound my recommendation is earbuds with your favourite music lol ever hit the chaingring with anything? Does it look straight and true
This is wild, from the video it looks like there is lateral play from your crankset which could explain why it’s louder under load. Could you be missing a spacer?
Which assembly Paste did you use on the Saddlerails? Is some Paste on the Seatpost and in the Seattube? Which kind of Grease is on the BB Cups? And on the Spindle? Same for the Pedals. Is the clicking still there if you stand up?
