I've made this build and some comments are like "wires in 2026 are no go". So my questions for Di2 owners:
– Did you ever regret running Di2 and thought of switching to AXS?
– What's the most common issues you are facing using Di2?
I run mechanical, can't decide if going electronic is worth it. This one built for a guy in my local cycling club.

That thing looks spectacular. I have not used Di2 (but I have tried it on my friends’ bikes), but I do like AXS.
Shimano brakes are almost always better than SRAM, I find, however. Especially GRX brakes are just so good.
