I'm currently thinking about getting a cheap commuter bike and I saw some leaks of the new Cannondale CAAD14 and I absolutely love this kind of frame shape. What older bikes have a similar frame to this? Could be aluminium or carbon, preferably a quick release frame.

Just out of curiosity, why not just get the CAAD 14 when it comes out if you’re so in love with it? I’ve often found that trying to get an imitation or something similar to what I want, it’s never the same and just leaves me wanting the real thing.
This was basically the default road bike shape for most of history.
You will never ever take away my Caad10. But Caad9’s and Caad10’s share this look in ways. More current Specialized Allez’s give off this vibe too but if you’re commuting you may want to look into what makes a good commuter bike. You need to go back to 1990’s mountain bike frames with wide tires… that’s the sweet spot. Don’t buy sport when you need reliability.
