It looks to be the rear wheel hitting a rock – it was a roll but I think I tried to ride it as a drop.

Hit the roll as a drop landed to flat hard kicked left and hit your hand into the tree. That’s how I see it anyway

Hard to tell from a video, but it’s usually that if the ground isn’t too peanutbuttery
Probably your stem cap. Just a guess. Get one that says something cool. Like “touch my bike and I’ll break your hand” or “mountin biking is life”. No one with bitchin stem caps ever crashes.
Agreed on the rear wheel. My bet would be it bounding off the high point on the rock to the right. Not enough pop, or maybe just poor line choice in general? Going down the middle looks like a much safer bet.
