Big old hammer
Little tap of a hammer, towards the disk side. Thread the end cap back on and use a rubber mallet/wood block to avoid damaging the threads.
I assume you’re replacing the bearings – if this is your first go at this kind of job is worth looking up some guides on how to Install without potentially damaging them
