I’m doing the numbers to see how much it would cost to redo the matte black on this bike I bought(first one!). It is going to be anywhere from 98-56. The black seems to vary in how matte is it throughout the bike along with how there are multiple dings and scratches in the bike. Along with the back wheel being scratched pretty good. I wanna upgrade the bar and stem as well but the painting will push my budget!
Also when I break it makes a super loud noise like a built in alarm sound lol.
Any and all advice is welcome! Thank you

I say be proud of the scratches. I shows your bike gets used and that’s a good thing. It looks like an aluminium frame, so you don’t have to worry about rust.
If you want to do a super easy and cheap fix, maybe use a simple marker to fill in the scratches.
