Looking for panniers with simple bungee hook system. Can’t find anywhere

I bought paniers off Amazon like 10 years ago with a very simple bungee hook like this. they were great and came on and off like a charm.

all bags now seem to come with this absolutely ridiculously dumb plastic hook at the bottom. I hate it and it fits very awkward and is very obviously going to break at some point. does anybody know of waterproof bags that use this bungee?
