I have this exact stuff. The chunks clog the leaks. It works better than anything else per the testing insae.

Do the chunks disappear when you shake the bottle?

If that’s a brand new bottle then return it. It’s like the seal was broken and it’s partially dried up already.

that sealant has been exposed to air and started to solidify. You need to return that. This is what would happen to the sealant when its sat in a tire for 3+ months exposed to air from punctures, heat, and humidity. The seal on the bottle probably broke and the lid wasnt completely tight.
New stuff will have some chunks in it but not like that. It should be like milk with sand in it. You shake it to mix the sand in to the milk and get it into the tire.
