  1. Learn manuals. When you start to find the balance point it will be easier to pull back farther and hop higher

  2. Keep practicing, get your motion nice and smooth and snappy, follow through from your arms to your legs, pull up higher and jump higher with your legs and tuck them up to go higher!

    You got to scoop the back end up with the pedals and push the bars forward to tuck the bike in. Practice until it’s one quick motion.
