That’s not a 2018. It looks like it has 26″ wheels and a front derailer
Ye definitely not 2018. But $600 is a fine deal if it all works properly. If it needs any service I’d pass due to the age of the bike
It looks like a 2012 Fuel 8. I wouldn’t pay more than $1250. Looks mint 👌

If it doesn’t need a big service, or parts I’d say what he’s asking is fair. But given the age, I’m sure the guys has some room for bargaining.
