  1. Hey everyone! Just a quick clarification—while the title says "North Macedonia" (in line with the country's official name under the Prespa Agreement), we understand that many people locally prefer just "Macedonia" and identify strongly with it.

This video was created to share the beauty, culture, and daily life of the people—without taking any political side. We respect the Macedonian identity and thank you all for your passionate engagement ❤️

Let’s keep the conversation respectful and focused on the love we share for this incredible country 🇲🇰✨

  2. This description is incredible and applicable to many places. Thank you for sharing the importance of language for full integration.

  3. Pretty accurate besides that unfortunate “north”, which is absolutely not your fault. Macedonia is my home and Macedonian language and culture are not barriers for me but I have been in the US for decades, and can understand well the points you are making. My wife, who is Chinese, will definitely agree with you. Sometimes I think she likes spending time in Macedonia more than I do.

  4. This is NOT MACEDONIA THE LITTLE AEREA IN THERE IS CALLED ‼️ VARDASKA ‼️ and capital is Skopia THE FORMER PART OF YOUGOSLAVIA and the people came in there 600ac !!! I will suggest to you to read the history and what their old President, the professor of the University, and the Mayor of Skopia what have said about this little country called VARDARSKA !!!

Also they don’t have sea 🌊

  5. Skopje has extremely polluted air in the autumn-winter-spring time. During summer is extremely hot 40 degrees celsius, 43 even. Skopje also has polluted food, with loose (inexistent) pesticides standards, both for the local producers and the quality of the imported food from all over the world. Skopje had a chemicla factory that left poison materials on open air landfil in the center of the city for decades, it's in the soil, water and food now. There was a scandal they imported illegally cancerogenous diesel oil, and they sold that, cars burned that into the air. Think African country. There are no controls, anything that is toxic ends up in Macedonia for profits. There is a reason why it's so cheap, you pay with your health. Ah the lowest life expectancy in Europe too.

  6. my husband is macedonian, i am from western europe and i think this description of macedonia, what to expect and how it feels like to be there is spot on 👍🏼. very well done

  7. North Macedonia is the top of the European list for me as a UK citizen looking for a country to retire to. I would just be hoping that North Macedonia doesn't join the EU any time soon due to the obligatory regulations that would remove the very reason for choosing that country.
