Nice frame, nice seatpost, nice crankset, decent track hubs. A bit neglected but if you combine those parts alone and discount a little maybe $400

Agree with $200. It’s cool but is it that cool? No. Sora brake and tektro lever are meh. Hubs are cool. Frame is cool.

Depends on how much you value the frame. FBM was a frame manufacturer in NY state. They did mostly BMX stuff This fixie was their only road offering.
The wheels are worth at least 200, maybe more if they are NJS. The Sugino 75 cranks are worth around 200 if they clean up well. A lot less if that is pitting and not dirt. Not much else notable from a quick look. 2-300 for the frame and all the other bits is reasonable.
