Not an expert at all (im also practicing my j-hops), but from what I’ve seen in videos it looks like you’re moving forward before the handlebars reach your hips. If you fix that timing you’ll probably get even more height.. although honestly the height is already there, just looks like a timing thing.

Try twisting the handlebars forward harder at the top of your pull during your unweighting of the pedals. This is the mechanism for lifting the rear wheel.
