Almost finished up my first build, just need to tidy the brake cabling. Riding it as fixed and single speed, so I'm running both brakes. 23c tyre on right now, should I switch to some 28c I have?

100% switch to 28c. And I would try to get more silver parts
Chainring cost as much as the rest of the bike
For sure 28s if you’re riding in the streets.
What ratio is that?
Not sure if its a fixed gear thing but I love maxing out my tire clearance so if you can fit 28c go for it.
Id recommend foot retention, both on single speed and fixed. Really changes how you ride, and for the better
