90's Rockhopper into cycle truck. Modified the frame, shortened a fork (with some DIY hooded fork ends), and added disc tabs. I am a HUGE fan of cycle trucks — I very much prefer having the weight on the frame instead of on the fork (i.e. Clydesdale). Some fun details on this build:
-Dynamo lights with version 1 of a 3d printed mount bracket for the front light
-Cheap grips given more life by wrapping with shoelaces (I have 50 lbs of shoelaces from when I worked in a shoelace factory lol) when the rubber got gummy and nasty
-Stem cap bell
-Juin cable-actuated hydraulic disc brakes (same as yokozuna, origin8, etc)
-Little bags mounted to basket for tools and lock
-Bungee cord from an old tube and hooks made from bent and welded stainless spokes
-Some good parts from the regular Soma sales: IRD pedals, scramjet BB, S-Ride shifters that seem to work well
-MSW Urban Cruiser handlebars — one of the best deals out there IMO. Only downside is 25.4 clamp diameter, which means I gotta redesign and reprint the light mount at some point (currently shimmed with an old tube)

Looks great! Did you use a donor head tube or just use tube stock for the extension?
Now that’s xbiking!
Man I’m so jealous of these DIY cargo bikes. Some day I’ll join you. This looks very cool
