You don’t need any parts, but you do need to read the manual. You can find Shimano manuals [here ](http://si.shimano.com).
B link is in the wrong position. Look in the manual about that part
what’s up with the long cable run
On the Derailleur hanger, the part on the bike that sticks down that you mount the derailleur on. It should have a little tab that sticks out. If you look at the derailleur, where it mounts to the hanger, you should see the end of a screw. That’s your B limit screw. It needs to be ON TOP of the tab on the hanger when you install it. The B limit screw adjusts the angle of the derailleur body. It looks like you installed it with the B limit below/infront of the the tab on the hanger so your derailleur has nothing preventing it twisting forward like yours is now.
The cable is also way too long.
