Big straight-slot screwdriver and a hammer will loosen up that adjustment cone pretty easily. Should be some YT videos of someone doing it if you’re unsure how.

Slotted screw driver and hammer. Just tap the edge of the slot. I don’t remember if one piece cranks have a left hand thread.

Get a flat head screwdriver and a hammer. Put the screw driver in one of the slots and hit it.
