Hey, i need a new bike. My current budget is up to around 1200$ (4000pln). I was thinking of a Marin San Quentin 1 for the type of riding i would be doing but i cant get a bike with the right wheel size and frame. I would be doing some dirt jumps (https://maps.app.goo.gl/yvFA2MygCaZqxMdr7 biggest ones) and riding around sometimes. I am a new rider and my current bike is all sorts of beat up. I would be getting the bike around late may – early june. Thanks everyone.

Without seeing the bike it’s hard but most “need advice” posts end up being fit issues or cheap parts wearing fast. Get a proper bike fit first if you’re getting pain, and upgrade tires/suspension if you’re bottoming out everywhere. Saved me from selling my bike thinking it was junk.
