Got this cute bike for $20 – she’s a fixer-upper, any suggestions?

Hey there!

I recently got this bike from a friend, it’s maybe over 6 years old. Her tires are flat and probably needs some oil on the chains, but aside from that, I want to add a basket or rack either to the front or back – any suggestions on which? And if you see any other glaring issues let me know! I’m not an expert on this stuff. Also might get a comfier seat. She also doesn’t have a kickstand, so need that too.

and before I get cyclists telling me that this brand isn’t great, I don’t commute on a bike – it’s just for fun! I don’t care if it’s not fancy. I just want to focus on how to make it work for me.
