Can’t seem to identify what this is exactly used for? Image search and number searches do not help. Can anyone confirm? Comes with Santa Cruz dual suspension bikes. My best guess is for measuring sag on the rear shock? Top of piece would line up with the can and the little cut out would be for measuring where the indicator ring is.

Wonder if the shock is a 60mm stroke shock and it’s just an identifier?
