Craving Sugar After McDonald’s? Here’s Why! So what happened uh last night well yesterday I I had a double cheeseburger in McDonald’s later on I had this incredible craving for sugar or alcohol in fact I bought alcohol wine might wine good quality so I even bought some dark chocolate with peppermint soft senses which is ultra sugar the sugar craving was satisfied hankering over after sugar at a higher intensity now this has happened to me before when he in boiled eggs from M&S and uh when eating chicken wing kebab from the kebab shop in fact the kebab shop and the two boiled eggs were the worst this was mild I’ve had McDonald’s before and uh probably crave sugar but never noticed it but yesterday noticed it so it might be yeah at least sulphates and preservative sodium benzoates and sodium backed by sulphates could be contributing to our cravings for sugar and leavings or even just later that day. I know it doesn’t fit in with your Keto but my special porridge recipe fuels well into the afternoon even when cycling. Also research has shown that by oats help with glycemic control lower cholesterol and help with weight loss. It lowers appetite and increases metabolic rate. One of the reasons for eating it for me is it lowers inflammation.
