Chartres is not the Loire Valley at all!! (I was born there and spent my first 25 years in This Town) But the cathedral Is certainly the most beautiful!

Pour le vin de Loire, il faut plutôt aller du côté Sancerre en amont, puis du côté de Cheverny, Chinon, Vouvray (Tours) en aval.
A Orleans, il faut aller au marché Chatelet. Il y a beaucoup de produits du terroire de grande qualité.
Crêpe is a speciality from Britanny.
The Loire Valley has famously great cider, and pear ciders. Also worth the visit: Leonardo Da Vinci's grave – in the château of Amboise, the quiet small city with the souvenir shops, also right nearby his last residence, the lovely tiny castle of Clos-Lucé, gifted to Leonardo by his fan King Francis the First. Also little typical houses directly carved into the small cliffs on the banks of the Loire valley, called troglodytes.
That creamy cheese is a staple at Christmas Markets but definitely not a local dish. It's aligot, served everywhere in central and south west France.

Je pensais que j'étais fou. Mais pas du tout. Cette vidéo a déjà été uploadé il y a plusieurs mois. J'y avais posé la question au sujet de Benzai. En fait il y croise quelqu'un qu'il pense être Benzai. D'ailleurs Benzai en personne avait demandé le pourquoi du comment. Et non, ce n'est pas lui dans le château.
