I'm currently deep servicing my cycle.
Removed the stock bottom bracket yesterday, turns out it was cheap youhua bb.
I have stock pro wheel square tapered crank.
Which BB should i go for?
Tange seiki LN 3912 vs Token DBB838HAL vs Shimano UN 300?
Fyi my bicycle has aluminium frame so aluminium bb shell.
Also is hollow tech bb & crank better than square tapered?
I don't use my hardtail agressively.
At most little rocky terrain.
Bike pros please help, hella confused.

Never had any luck with off-brand bottom brackets. Get the Shimano…unless there are lots of counterfeits in your area. In that case buy from a reputable dealer, if possible.
HollowTech is a completely different standard that would require new cranks, at minimum. For the riding you described it’s overkill.
Without doubt the Tange.
They produce bearings of very high quality.
At the moment I’m using a Tange BB (also taper) and it held up for the last 15k km.
Don’t know about the Token BB and I can tell you from experience that the Shimano UN-300 is absolute rubbish.
