It would be cool, yes. Klunkers are the best type of bike. Then again, even after it’s all fixed up you’d be unlikely to clear $50 for it.

It looks like a typical homeless special to me. A bike that has been gutted by several homeless people.
I wouldn’t bother restoring it. But if you really wanted to, I’d just buy a cruiser from a thrift store or garage sale and swap all those parts to this frame.
