I’m building a new bike finally after many years…
My friend gave this fork to me, can you guys help me what brand and type it is?
It has investment cast dropouts, a serial number on the “neck”. Searched the number on google, no results.
Only missing thing is a top cap. Will a standard one work? 24mm diameter as usual but it looks weird to me.

Could they be Volume forks? I was recently looking at a set of Voyagers and they have really similar dropouts and a hole at the bottom of the for tube, but the hole at the top is a different shape.
